Add width options for Footer blocks#48

One main issue is that the text block is quite narrow and link lists will sometimes have links too long for one column. Maybe one possibility is adding an option for two-column width blocks.

yeah the footer layout is probably the worst ive seen on a theme. It’s worse than the standard dawn theme layout, so even this would be better for now.

a max text width is needed urgently.

It’s makes each section so narrow that they are even useless to display links. I’m going to have to pay someone to fix this with some custom code.
