Option to disable quick cart#75

To allow stores to force a consistent mandatory check-out path via the shopping card for customers to improve alignment with among others third party applications. For example, I installed an app to manage delivery time slot selection and consider installing an app that enables customers to leave notes for delivery. Very useful and cost-saving for products where delivery costs are high.
